I am watching Extreme Couponing as I type this and I just can't believe how much money these people save! I have no clue how they are able to do it. I am lucky to find coupons. I tried to find online websites and didn't really find anything. If you know of any websites to find them, I would love to know! I love to get a good deal. We only buy clothes, shoes, etc. when they are on sale or better yet clearance! It would be great if I could save a ton of money at the grocery store, that is where most of our money goes!
Alyssa is my 15 yr old and she got hired at McDonalds last night! I can't believe that she is old enough to work. She is excited to be starting a job because she wants to save her money for a car. I hope that she enjoys it. We have always told her that at 15 she needed to find a part time job. I think that it will build character and I can't really gripe about her spending money. When she goes shopping for anything she hits the sales rack and clearance rack. She doesn't even look at things that are regular price. I love that about her!
I am going to really look into the extreme couponing because I would love to get 600.00 worth of groceries for just a few dollars! Well, I must clean this house and get ready to open the windows. Enjoy your day everyone and count the blessings you have, not the problems!

As days go by...
I'm thinking about starting a Website for parents. One with forums that will touch on various subjects. I think we as parents need to share our wealth of knowledge with each other, or sometimes just let off some steam! I will let you know if I decide to do it.
Poor little Alyssa is down with a sinus infection. She has had it since last Wednesday and is on anitbiotic and some Prednisone for her asthma. She hasn't been to school this week and I am beginning to wonder if she will go at all.
Abraham is in full soccer mode now. I love it! I honestly love to just watch the game and we have a great group of parents. It's so funny because we yell and cheer at practice. I think we may intimidate the other teams parents. It's funny because I have caught them watching us instead of the game in the past. We are a group of entertainers! lol
I had to go to the urgent care last night and get some shots for a migraine. Today is much better!
I seriously need to clean this house. I don't know why but when it is warm and I can open the windows, I am motivated so much more than when it is cold. It is supposed to warm up starting today and I can already feel my mood getting better. I am definitely a warm weather gal!
Time to jump off of here and get the oil changed in Michaels car. Oh yeah, we bought me a 2008 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer edition. I love love love it! It is blue and so pretty. Abrahams favorite thing about it is the 3rd row seating! My kids haven't sat beside each other since we bought it, which means a much quieter ride for everyone...
